A consumer purchasing-process model for the internet era proposed by Dentsu, covering actions from awareness of a product or service to purchase.

1. Attention: notice the product or service
2. Interest: become interested in the product or service
3. Search: research the product or service
4. Action: purchase the product or service
5. Share: evaluate and share information about the product or service

The initials form AISAS. The earlier AIDMA process changed as the internet evolved.
