Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations

A law protecting an environment where consumers can independently and rationally choose good products and services with confidence.It establishes the following two rules:

1. Prohibition of misleading representations
Regulates false representations of product or service quality, content, prices, and other matters

2. Prohibition of excessive premiums
Limits the maximum value of premiums
